The tax savings, along with a lower cost of living, makes a great incentive for retirees who are seeking more value for their dollar. Costa Rica also offers a variety of different real estate options, such as oceanfront, lakefront, mountainside or city condo properties.
Investment opportunity on the Pacific coast
While real estate development in the Central Valley, especially in the Greater Metropolitain Area of the capital San José is in full swing, there are great opportunities for real estate development on some still undervalued, but upcoming regions along the Pacific coast.
