Our mission

Costa Rica has seen a recent increase in foreign direct investment, especially in the areas of  infrastructure, technology and manufacturing. This is mostly due to the long history of being a democratic and stable country in Central America.
Additionally the establishment of the several free zones where businesses can gain incentives and exemptions to operate has contributed in the past few years.
The creation of the Dominican Republic-Central America Free Trade Act (CAFTA-DR) promotes stronger trade and stability throughout the whole of Central America.

Of all countries in the Americas, Costa Rica is one of the most friendly to foreign investors, particularly in terms of immigration.

Immigration law in Costa Rica allows foreigners to invest $200,000 so that they can obtain the benefit of residency. The investment can be in a property, lot, business, shares in a corporation, etc., and the amount can be various investments that add up to $200,000; for example: a house and a couple of cars that add up to that amount would fulfill immigration requirements, therefore it is easy and very accessible to qualify for this type of residency.

Along with its beautiful year-round weather, Costa Rica has a low cost of living and quality, affordable health care for anyone interested in moving there.
