Coyol GC & D, S.A. submitted an EIA to build an industrial park in the district of Garita, province of Alajuela.
According to the document, the project is called "Caleco Oeste" and the investment amount is $36.9 million.

La Ventosa del Lago S.A. submitted an EIA to build in Tilaran, Guanacaste, a wind power generation park generating 20MW supplied by 9 interconnected wind turbines.
According to the study, the project entitled "Proyecto Eólico Las Pavas" will have an approximate investment of $31.3 million.





Condominiums Cariari Calle del Roble S.A. submitted an EIA to build, in Heredia, an 8-story building with 46 apartments, a lobby and 2 shops.
It will also have a basement with 125 parking spaces.
The development is called "Apartamentos Alinea Cariari" and according to the study the investment amount will be $12.6 million.
